A big day for the little elves

Vet visit for the chip and vaccination

Time flies by!!! The little elves are already 8 weeks old. And the obligatory visit to the vet is coming up. We were all very excited to see how they would cope with this challenge.
In the morning we set off in the direction of our trusted vet. We were able to see the first ultrasound images here a few weeks ago, so the vets were also very excited to see how the little ones had developed. So they were all loaded into the car, including mom of course!

The journey was very quiet except for the first 5 minutes when the little ones protested loudly. Arrived at the vet, what joy! The little ones slept through the journey. Totally well-behaved, they all looked at us with little eyes! But what must be, must be! So some nice ladies helped us to walk in, so that we had all 6 of them and their mom in the practice in one go. In the treatment room, everything was examined very carefully! No sign of fear or nervousness. Soon they were playing together again and one after the other took a midday nap!!!

First the males, then the females were chipped and given the important first vaccination!!!! We are so proud of our little ones. They were all so well behaved! So that we could soon make our way home again!!! With the great Swiss pet passports in our luggage!!! And already a little proud to read the names of our puppies on them for the first time!!!

Now the little ones are well prepared for their new families!!! We have found great people for all puppies. 2 males are going to showhomes, we are especially proud of that!!! We are looking forward to their development!

Thank you for the many hours here in Switzerland with the little ones, your advice and being there for us when Audrey wasn’t doing so well!!!! Now we are all eagerly awaiting the day of the litter inspection!!!
