IDS Katowice worth the trip like every year!!!

At the same time, we naturally take this opportunity to visit Cuba and Meg!!!!

We set off on our journey to Poland on Friday afternoon. We wanted to make a stop at Michi’s parents’ house halfway and spent the night there. After a good night’s sleep and a good breakfast, we set off in the morning towards Myslowice, where Meg and Kuba were already waiting for us. As always, we were delighted to see each other again and looked forward to spending time together. A short time later, Karina and Lucas arrived and we spent a fun evening together.

The next morning we set off for the trade fair! We were excited and looking forward to the show. Our dogs were all excellently placed and so we waited together for the ring of honor.

The start was made by Cassy!!! She got a Best Working Dog of Day 2!!! What a start!!!

Then Flora, Cassy’s grandma in the veterans!!! Best Veteran of Day 1!!!!!

Michi got ready with Diana for Best Puppy!!! I was excited!!! As always they had a lot of fun in the ring and Michi did a great job presenting Diana!!! My God I was proud when the two of them made it into the placings again. Best Puppy of Day 4 for Diana!!!!!

Hope von Kuba made the final, sovereign as always. They got a Best Junior of Day 2!!! What a finish!!!

Overjoyed, we packed up our things. We still had a long way home. Fortunately only as far as Freilassing. We arrived there at half past midnight and fell into bed dead tired. In the morning we headed back to Switzerland!

We are so happy and proud of our girls! Again and again they leave us speechless!!! It was a fantastic weekend with lots of friends.

Many thanks to Erika and Susanne who always look after our girls so well when they are not on show. Our girls always enjoy it very much with you and your pack!!! Thank you so much!!!

At the beginning of the week we got some great news!!! We have had Cassy and Diana tested for Lafora!!! Both are N/N, so healthy and no carriers of this disease!!! Additionally we had Diana tested for IGS. Since Audrey is a carrier of this disease we wanted to know if Diana has inherited it or is healthy like her father Luke!!!

It all worked out!!! Diana is IGS Clear!!!! What a joy!!!!

Now we are curious how Diana will develop and of course we are all waiting until Cassy is in heat!!! But before that we have planned Slovenia and of course our big trip to England for Crufts in March!!!
