IHA Aarau 2016
And Cassy rocks the ring!!!!
Like every year in June, the date with Aarau is a fixed part of our show program!! A show that is always superbly organized on a dream railing at the Schachen race track!!! But this year for the first time over two days for all breeds and as a highlight on Sunday a CACIB show!!! Of course we couldn’t miss that!!!
On Saturday, Michi had his first time in the ring with Cassy!! Since I had to work, Michi headed to Aarau alone with Cassy on board!! Cassy entered in the Champions class on both days, as always a professional in the ring!! Unfortunately, she couldn’t quite convince the judge on Saturday and received a V2 res. CAC with a great judge’s report!! Thank you very much for that!!!
Immediately after judging, we went back home!! Where we all ended the afternoon with a nice walk!!! In the evening, or rather at night, our girls received a visit from Germany from Roman with his dogs!!! After a short game of the dogs in the garden, we all fell into bed dead tired!! On Sunday, things are supposed to start again early in the morning!!!
According to the weather report, it was going to rain all weekend!!! Like the days before!! Good shoes and good clothing were needed!! Luckily, the weather was kind and the sun peeked through every now and then!!!
We made ourselves comfortable in the tent with our dogs and friends and we set off on time!! The males were still battling with the rain and rumors said the sun would shine on the females!!! It was amazing and that’s how it really was!! First Nora had her performance!! Well done with Michi and was awarded V4!!! Unfortunately the grass wasn’t mown so little Nora disappeared a bit into the lawn!!! Still got a great judge’s report, thank you very much!!!
Michi was also very successful with Audrey!! It was so nice to see the two of them together!!! They’ve become a super show team!!! Audrey also got a great report and was awarded V1 CAC!! We were both very proud, of course!!!
Finally, Cassy, who made the day hers with her performance!!!! As always, she presented herself confidently in the ring!! So she was able to win the champion class and was rewarded with CACIB and BOB!! We are so proud and happy with the little diva!!! The visit from the owners of Pheebee and Mc Gee made the wait even more pleasant!! Thank you for being there and supporting us so well!!! It was so nice to see everyone again!!!
At 5pm it finally started with group 6!!! Wow wow wow Cassy ran her way to 2nd place!! It’s hard to believe, exactly a year ago Cassy was still competing in the youth class and won Best Junior of Day 2 in Aarau!!! Today she is in the champion class and in 2nd place in group 6!!! Cassy, you always leave us speechless!!! We are so grateful to Kuba and Meg for this great dog!!
