It’s time to look back!!!

It’s December and the year is drawing to a close. The time has come to look back on the past months. 2019 is a year we won’t forget in a hurry. We were able to experience so many wonderful moments with our dogs and friends.

We had this year firmly planned for shows. That’s why we were very busy at home and abroad. Curtis was clearly our little superstar this year. He knows how to wrap everyone around his finger with his charm. His first big success was at the International Show in Maribor, where he impressed on both days and on Sunday he even ran up to BEST IN SHOW 3. What a surprise for this young man, just 9 months old and fresh in the junior class. But that was by no means all. In Erfurt he was entered together with his mother and both showed themselves from their best side! Curtis defeated his mother for the first time and won the BOB and Cassy the BOS right behind.

Toffee, Curtis’ sister, was now allowed to join us on vacation to run together with Curtis in Switzerland and especially the EDS in Austria. We had been preparing for this for a very long time and were delighted to be able to take part in this big show with our offspring for the first time. We also got the OK from Erika, which made us very happy. Thank you very much again. And what else can we say about this big event. Golden Swissline presented itself more than just excellently! We were able to take home a European Junior Winner!!!

Then it went on in quick succession in Switzerland, in Aarau, where we didn’t let the victories out of our hands at all the shows and won the BOB all three days. Then followed Kreuzlingen! The show of Toffee!!! We were entered as ring personnel and so Toffee was presented for the first time by Laura Hitz!!! And what can we say!!! Fantastic!!! She ran at the International Show up to Res. Junior BIS!!! Congratulations we are so proud!!! The BOB of the national went then again to us with Cassy who presented herself super and ran in the evening still Res. BIG!!!!

So the time with Toffee here flew by and already the farewell was imminent!!! We chose Miriam’s birthday and spent a few wonderful days with a great party in Germany. It was hard to say goodbye, but not for long. The next shows are already planned.

Another highlight was the club show, where we only performed with Curtis this year. But what the heck. He won the junior title and on top of that the BOB. And the best thing was that Lotta’s sister won the junior class out of 5 at her first show ever. We were so proud!!!

Then the long awaited day! The first puppy meeting of Golden Swissline!!! It was a huge success and many puppies and their families found their way to us. We would like to thank Jürg Leuthold once again from the bottom of our hearts for the opportunity to use his dog park, it was simply great for people and dogs!!!!

So it was slowly becoming fall and we still had a lot planned. For example Karlsruhe where we had arranged to meet Toffee. On Sunday Curtis and Toffee gave us, as breeders, the best present ever! BOB and BOS for the siblings. The feeling was that they had done everything right and we are extremely proud of them.

Then for us the crowning glory Geneva! Always firmly planned in the calendar! A lot has already been written and talked about it. But of course it should be mentioned here again! The almost impossible has happened. Curtis wins the RES at the biggest international show in Switzerland, Saturday and Sunday. BEST IN SHOW!!!! Without words!!!
